Mr Wong is specialized in training, coaching and people development solution for enterprise in the areas of IT service management, project management, team and personal effectiveness, and career and business planning. Joseph has more than twenty years experience in education and IT services and facilitated over a hundred workshops in Hong Kong and China to develop service management knowledge, team and personal effectiveness, and business plan for enterprise. Joseph is a certified ITIL Expert in IT Service Management, Project Management Professional (PMP), NLP master practitioner and Coach U graduate (CEG). He holds a Master degree in Lifelong Learning from University of Surrey, a Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from University of Hong Kong, and is currently pursuing his doctorate in Lifelong Education at University of Nottingham. |
