Objectives
This Workshop Series is to share the evidence-based practices / services developed by CADENZA Fellows with social and health care professionals working in NGOs and to promote uptake of these programmes to become part of their regular services. $400/workshop (*Refundable)
*Please issue one cheque for one workshop. Reservation can only be confirmed when the application form and cheque are received. Participants who have completed the course are entitled for the sponsorship from CADENZA to cover the full course fee. The cheque submitted will then be returned to these participants at reception counter on the event date. |

Nomination
Applicants should be nominated by their organizations. An organization can nominate not more than 2 staff members for each workshop.
Certificate of Attendance
It will be issued for participants who have attended the workshop. A Graduation Ceremony will be held at the end of the Workshop Series. Further information will be available in due course.
