Dr Fung has more than 20 years in human resources management and management development, now being an independent management consultant. Dr Fung is very active in social service. Currently, he is a member of the executive committee of Heep Hong Society. He also served as a member to the Hong Kong Government’s Advisory Committee on Social Work Training and Manpower Planning until 2011. |
