Dr Philip Fung

Dr Fung has more than 20 years in human resources management and management development, now being an independent management consultant. Dr Fung is very active in social service. Currently, he is a member of the executive committee of Heep Hong Society. He also served as a member to the Hong Kong Government’s Advisory Committee on Social Work Training and Manpower Planning until 2011.
