 | Ms Rita Agnes Wong 黃文靜女士 Ms Wong has 20 years of solid experience in HR. She started her career as an HR practitioner in HSBC, and has worked at renowned organizations such as University of Hong Kong, Hospital Authority, Dairy Farm and Pfizer. In the past ten years, she focused on customer service training, management development, professional training and organization development. She creatively integrates the wisdom of counseling into her training, with specialized in experiential and personal effectiveness training. When working with groups and individuals, she became a conduit creating a space that encourages transformation on their part.
