Objective

To enable participants to describe staff’s work behavioral work tendency, understand how team members can contribute in a constructive manner, appreciate the chemistry and dynamic of their own team, formulate development and succession plan to build team capacity and optimize team effectiveness.

  1. Understand the positive contribution of self and team members by using Belbin Team Roles
  2. Understand the chemistry within the team: identify the strength of your team members and the potential weakness, areas of conflict and missing strength
  3. Team Development Plan: Tapping the nature strength to balance the current team mix and structure your team
  4. Team dynamics: the hidden dynamics

Ms Rita Agnes WONG 黃文靜女士
Principal Consultant, Mindful Learning Institute

Ms Wong has 20 years of solid experience in HR. She started her career as an HR practitioner in HSBC, and has worked at renowned organizations such as University of Hong Kong, Hospital Authority, Dairy Farm and Pfizer. In the past ten years, she focused on customer service training, management development, professional training and organization development. She creatively integrates the wisdom of counseling into her training, with specialized in experiential and personal effectiveness training. When working with groups and individuals, she became a conduit creating a space that encourages transformation on their part. Rita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and obtained a Master’s degree in Buddhist studies.
