Objective

Disciplinary management is one of the core duties of every manager. This programme aims to facilitate the participants to understand the positive approach in handling discipline issues and minimize negative consequence and potential disputes.

  3. The sentiment issue
  4. Employment law relating to disciplinary action

Ms Rita Agnes WONG 黃文靜女士
Principal Consultant, Mindful Learning Institute

Ms Wong has 20 years of solid experience in HR. She started her career as an HR practitioner in HSBC, and has worked at renowned organizations such as University of Hong Kong, Hospital Authority, Dairy Farm and Pfizer. In the past ten years, she focused on customer service training, management development, professional training and organization development. She creatively integrates the wisdom of counseling into her training, with specialized in experiential and personal effectiveness training. When working with groups and individuals, she became a conduit creating a space that encourages transformation on their part. Rita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and obtained a Master’s degree in Buddhist studies.

Mr Eric Chi Kit So 蘇子傑律師

Mr So is an experienced solicitor with over 18 years of experience. His expertise is in litigation, civil and criminal, commercial and corporate. He served as legal advisor for educational institutions, public companies and multi-national corporations, such as Hang Seng Management College, Rock Records & Tapes and etc. Currently, he served as Director of a secondary school. Mr So studied in England, holds a LLB Hons, Law Society Final Examination and MBA (University of Hull).
