Mr Anthony Wong
Chief Research Officer, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service

Mr Wong has over 10 years solid research experiences in the field of social service, education, and social development. Trained as a social worker though, he has strong interest and knowledge in social theory and research methodology. He received an M.Phil in Social Science 13 years ago. He joined the Council in 1998 as a Research Officer. In 1999-2000, he helped construct the Council’s well-known Social Development Index (SDI). Since January 2010, he has been serving as a part-time member of Central Policy Unit of the Government of HKSAR.
