CEO Roundtable 2013

CEO Coaching- a Journey to Becoming More Effective and Impactful

2013年6月21日(只提供英文版本)

Introduction

NGOs have been facing challenges in short notice/alert on needs identification, creating services to manage new needs, and identifying solutions that best match the service needs of the public. The retirement waves of NGOs’ CEO in recent years have given high tension to the new CEOs. What can our new CEOs do to equip / enhance their capability in managing the organization under him / her? Some wonders if coaching would be a way in expanding their horizons to manage their work.

Coaching is done in form of a confidential conversation between you and your coach, focusing on what you want and how to get there. To unveil what CEOs would get from Coaching and to share the views of those who had experienced how the coaches had helped them in their leadership passageways, a CEO roundtable is organized for NGOs’ CEO.

Objective

  • To unveil what coaching is through sharing the functions of coaching with invited expert and the CEOs
  • To enrich the knowledge on Executive Coaching for CEOs
  • To develop a platform of CEO support network, sharing experiences with the participants, guest speakers and some invited NGOs’ CEO who taken coaching training, being coached, and under a coaching engagement
