Certificates

  • Certificate of Attendance will be issued by HKCSS for participants who attended all 24 hours of training without joining the apprenticeship. 
  • Certificate of Completion will be issued by the ELCHK – Youth Enhancement Scheme in co-operation with Centre for Restorative Justice and Peacemaking, the University of Minnesota for participants who fulfilled item 1 above PLUS volunteer to complete the Victim Offender Mediation apprenticeship and mediate a minimum of two cases in one year.

Mr Keswick Chuk Wing Hung竺永洪先生

Mr Chuk has been a registered social worker for over fourteen years. His area of specialization is juvenile delinquency. He was the first person to conduct and oversee the implementation of Victim-Offender Mediation (VOM) services in Hong Kong since 1998. He received the training of Victim-Offender mediation and Restorative Justice on severe criminal and political violence in United States in 2001 and 2008 respectively. With such rich background, he has presented the Hong Kong experience on VOM in various international conferences.
