 | Mr. Steve Lam Bsc(Econ), MBA, FCMA, CPA(Aust), FCPADeputy Director – Finance &  General Administration
 Hong Kong Society for the Protection  of Children (HKSPC) Mr.  Steve Lam is responsible for the Agency’s accounting, finance and general  administration issues. Steve has fruitful experiences in handling the financial  issues from perspective of service centers and organisation. He is also an  experienced instructor in many similar training courses/workshops for social  work professionals. Besides, Steve is also a popular speaker in many NGO  seminars with topics relating to financial management. With his experiences in  financial profession and the social welfare environment, Steve is able to  provide insights to the NGO staff of the welfare sectors in topics relating to  financial management. Prior to joining HKSPC, he was Finance Manager of The  Hong Kong Society for the Aged and has already had well experience in financial and management accounting, financial  management and taxation in commercial sector.
