Project Management for NGOs
社會服務機構的項目管理

In recent years, many NGOs are running their services in project basis or self-finance model. After the initial start up stage, the project will then be integrated into their daily operations. To have a good start up will lead to higher rate of success of new services. As such, two project management workshops are offered to suit the different needs of NGO practitioners.

TheCertificate in Project Management for NGOsis designed for NGO practitioners who need to oversee sizeable projects, such as constructing a new service building, managing IT projects etc, with annual project sum around $300,000, or aiming to pursuit internationally recognized PMP examination qualification. If you need to manage small to medium size projects or execute the plans, such as fundraising dinner, community service projects, etc, you can consider the 2-day Effective Project Management Skills for NGOs.
