HR Forum for NGOs 2007
The HR Forum for NGOs 2007 has been successfully held on 8 June 2007. Around 140 participants from 65 Agency Members participated in the event. The participants are inspired with the fruitful speeches from Mr. Allan Chiang, the former Postmaster General of Hong Kong Post, Mr, K T Lai, President of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, and the three guest speakers from NGOs. In the Luncheon, Mr. K T Lai and Mr. Cliff Choi, Business Director of the Council, shared the findings of training needs analysis of the private sector and welfare sector respectively. The Forum is found very inspiring to NGOs for staff retention in a fast changing environment.
