Objectives

Be able to enjoy five-star hotel services is the dream of every busy person. However, behind the five-star enjoyment, how many people know the five-star preparation work behind? This visit is going to the Housekeeping Department of JW Marriott Hotel, with the aim to understand their housekeeping operations. From toilet, bedroom, corridor to linen room, every subtle arrangement and tenderness for each of their guests could definitely be felt. Having the same people-oriented service attitude, participants may practice what they have learnt in this visit at their hostels or centres, giving the five-star courtesy to their service users.

  • Please complete the Enrollment Form and send together with a crossed-cheque payable to The Hong Kong Council of Social Service by mail for reservation.
  • Only the complete set of application will be proceeded on a first-come-first-serve basis.
