Ms. NG has over 12 years experiences in management and staff training. She is now providing Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) consulting service for the companies including HSBC, MTRC, Hongkong Electric Holdings Ltd., Airport Authority, Hutchison Whampoa Property Ltd., etc. She had been invited by Government Secretariat, Leisure and Cultural Service Department, Department of Health, Hospital Authority, Construction Industry Council, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, etc. to conduct training workshop on customer service for their staff.
