Director – Human Resources, A-World Consulting

Mr Lai, having over 35 years solid experience in human resources management, gained extensive experiences and thorough understanding on human resources strategy, performance and reward management. Mr Lai was the Group Human Resources Manager of CLP Holdings, Ltd., the parent company of the China Light & Power Group, managing the Group’s remuneration and benefits policies, and HR information system.

Tracy has been working in St. James’ Settlement since over 15 years ago, after stints in the performing arts and retail fields. As HR Manager, Tracy witnessed the organization growing from one of 200 staff members to its present 1000. She has also experienced many social welfare reforms, organizational restructurings, changes, as well as employee crises.
