Objectives

The objective of the programme is to equip participants with actionable knowledge with a range of applicable KM methods and techniques that can be practiced and adopted by participants in the social service sector where they work. All basic principles will be illustrated through a series of real-life examples. Leading KM experts with years of KM implementation experience will be invited as guest speakers to share their experience on KM implementation.

Certificates

  1. “Certificate in Customized Knowledge Management Training Workshop Series” will be issued by HKCSS Institute to participants who have completed any 7 out of 10 sessions listed below.
  2. Participants who were awarded with Attendance Certificate on “How to Formulate an Effective Knowledge Management Strategy” or/and “Promoting and Nurturing Knowledge Sharing Culture” organized in Sep 2008 – Mar 2009 semester could be counted towards the Certificate requirement set out at item #1 above. Participants who want to include the said course(s) should submit Attendance Certificate copy at the time they submit application form.
    • “How to Formulate an Effective Knowledge Management Strategy” equivalents to session 3 – “How to develop KM Strategy Plan”
    • “Promoting and Nurturing Knowledge Sharing Culture” equivalents to session 9 – “How to Build Knowledge Sharing Culture?”
  3. Attendance Certificates will be issued to participants upon completion of each individual session.
