Objectives
The objective of the programme is to equip participants with actionable knowledge with a range of applicable KM methods and techniques that can be practiced and adopted by participants in the social service sector where they work. All basic principles will be illustrated through a series of real-life examples. Leading KM experts with years of KM implementation experience will be invited as guest speakers to share their experience on KM implementation.

Certificates
- “Certificate in Customized Knowledge Management Training Workshop Series” will be issued by HKCSS Institute to participants who have completed any 7 out of 10 sessions listed below.
- Participants who were awarded with Attendance Certificate on “How to Formulate an Effective Knowledge Management Strategy” or/and “Promoting and Nurturing Knowledge Sharing Culture” organized in Sep 2008 – Mar 2009 semester could be counted towards the Certificate requirement set out at item #1 above. Participants who want to include the said course(s) should submit Attendance Certificate copy at the time they submit application form.
- “How to Formulate an Effective Knowledge Management Strategy” equivalents to session 3 – “How to develop KM Strategy Plan”
- “Promoting and Nurturing Knowledge Sharing Culture” equivalents to session 9 – “How to Build Knowledge Sharing Culture?”
- Attendance Certificates will be issued to participants upon completion of each individual session.
