Dr. Au Wing Tung
Associate Professor, Department of Psychology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Chair (2004-2006), Division of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, The Hong Kong Psychological Society
He obtained his PhD in Psychology at University of Illinois. Since then, he has been teaching both undergraduate and master level courses in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Social Psychology for the past 10 years. His research interests include the application of psychology to workplace behaviors, cooperation and competition. He has also been providing consultancy services to both public and private organizations in the areas of recruitment selection assessment, equal opportunities, staff motivation and customer satisfaction. |
