Objectives

Under the huge concern on food safety, it is a challenge for catering providers of NGOs to keep food production in high quality.

With 40-year experience in catering services, CPCS strives for their best to produce the highest quality food for over 30 airlines with its highest daily production record of 74,516 meals on 3 February 2007. Meanwhile, CPCS also provides superior service to achieve total satisfaction for all customers.

This tour aims to let the staff of NGOs understand the best practices to run an in-flight catering center to meet customer satisfaction.
