Objectives
NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, has been developed over 30 years. It Is an important synthesis of knowledge in human communication and untapped potentials for treating individual problems. It also offers the potential for making changes effectively. The course is conducted by a certified NLP practitioner who is dedicated in the social service sector with the following objectives:
- To provide NLP knowledge for supervisors in communication;
- To help the supervisors integrate NLP and coaching skills for staff motivation

Ms Crystal Cheng 鄭麗玲

Certified NLP trainer, Certified Hypnosis trainer, Certified Time-line Therapy Trainer
Ms Cheng is the District Director (Tung Chung, Island and Tai Po District) of HK Sheung Kung Hui Welfare Council. She has rich experience in supervising various social services, such as total integrated social services, children and youth services, family services, elderly services and so forth. She is also an experienced trainer and provides various trainings to the NGOs, Government, schools and private sectors, such as NLP, Hypnosis, Creativity and Innovation Management. She is the author of “Creativity and Social Workers”.
