Board A

Project organizer must be one of the following categories:

1) The Hong Kong Council of Social Service Agency Members and/or

2) Non profit making registered social service organization

Maximum submitted application: 2 submission (for each organization)

Maximum application amount of each proposal: $30,000

Submission Deadline: October 26, 2007 (by 5:00pm)

Board B

Project organizer must be one of the following categories:

1) Post-secondary students or organizations, or

2) Secondary school students or organization, or

3) Non-profit making groups which are not yet registered, or

4) Non-profit making organization of other nature which are registered, or

5) Adults who are capable of carrying out the projects independently

Maximum submitted application: 2 submission (for each applicant)

Maximum application amount of each proposal: $20,000

Submission Deadline: October 26, 2007 (by 5:00pm)

All Board B applicants should have a guarantor in applying for the Fund, here is the details:

    If applicant is non-registered group, organization and individual, it must have a registered non profit making organization to act as its guarantor in applying for the Fund.

    If applicant is secondary school student/college or university student union, the guarantor must be its secondary school principal/teacher/department head of the applicant.

    Guarantor's responsibility

       If the applicants cannot be contacted during the project period, the committee will contact the project's guarantor. The respective project guarantor will be opened to bear the respective applicant's responsibilities and consequences.

      The firm or agency or organization in which the guarantor and applicant belong to cannot be the same, except for the secondary school students or organization.
